Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Operations & AIOps Engineer to support and modernize enterprise data platforms running on Microsoft Azure.

The role involves providing L2/L3 production support, monitoring data platforms and pipelines, troubleshooting production issues, performing incident investigation and RCA, and improving platform reliability and operational efficiency.

The candidate will also work on AI-driven operations and automation, including anomaly detection, alert correlation, automated RCA, incident summarization and proactive remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support enterprise data platforms and production workloads.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, data quality issues, performance and connectivity problems.
• Perform incident investigation, impact assessment and Root Cause Analysis.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks and operational dashboards.
• Implement automation to reduce repetitive manual operational activities.
• Support proactive monitoring, alerting and anomaly detection.
• Work on AI-assisted incident analysis and troubleshooting.
• Improve operational efficiency, reduce MTTR and minimize alert noise.
• Participate in rotational/on-call support as required.

Nice to Have: Experience with Palantir Foundry / AIP.
