该职位来源于猎聘 Industry: Power Electronics / Intelligent Power Solutions / OEM & ODM Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI Power Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of next-generation intelligent power solutions. Our business covers power supplies, battery chargers, automotive chargers, inverters, adapters, power electronics, PCBA, and intelligent electronic products serving applications including new energy, data centers, industrial equipment, power tools, smart electronics, and electric mobility. The successful candidate will combine power electronics expertise with AI, machine learning, embedded systems, and data analytics to develop smarter, more efficient, reliable, and predictive power solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled power management and intelligent power electronics solutions for next-generation products.
• Apply AI and machine learning technologies to power supply optimization, efficiency improvement, predictive maintenance, fault detection, and system diagnostics.
• Develop algorithms for power consumption prediction, load forecasting, anomaly detection, thermal management, and system health monitoring.
• Work closely with hardware engineers to optimize power conversion, charging, energy management, and system performance.
• Develop and implement embedded software, firmware, and control algorithms for intelligent power products.
• Analyze real-time operating data from power supplies, chargers, inverters, batteries, and electronic systems to identify performance trends and potential failures.
• Build data-driven models to improve product reliability, energy efficiency, and operating performance.
• Support the development of smart power solutions for applications such as data centers, industrial equipment, battery systems, power tools, automotive charging, e-mobility, and smart electronics.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, system engineering, testing, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Participate in prototype development, system validation, debugging, reliability testing, and mass-production transfer.
• Develop tools and platforms for automated data collection, analysis, testing, and engineering diagnostics.
• Support AI-based automation and intelligent manufacturing initiatives, including predictive quality and process optimization.
• Conduct technical research and evaluate emerging AI and power electronics technologies for future product development. Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Automation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in power electronics, embedded systems, AI/ML, intelligent control, or related engineering fields.
• Solid understanding of power electronics and electrical systems, including AC/DC, DC/DC, battery charging, inverter, power management, or related technologies.
• Practical experience with Python, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar engineering and programming tools.
• Experience applying machine learning or AI algorithms to engineering, industrial, electrical, or manufacturing applications.
• Familiarity with data acquisition, signal processing, sensor data, waveform analysis, and engineering data analytics.
• Understanding of embedded systems, MCU/MPU platforms, communication protocols, and hardware/software integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert engineering problems into data-driven solutions.
• Good understanding of product development, testing, validation, and NPI processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with intelligent power supplies, battery management systems (BMS), EV/automotive charging, inverters, energy storage, or data-center power systems.
• Experience developing AI models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, predictive quality, or equipment health monitoring.
• Experience with deep learning, time-series analysis, reinforcement learning, or optimization algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, edge AI, IoT, or industrial data platforms.
• Experience integrating AI models into embedded or edge computing environments.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC, thermal management, power efficiency, reliability testing, and international safety standards is a plus.
• Experience in OEM/ODM, EMS, electronics manufacturing, or multinational manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Experience working with international customers or cross-border engineering teams is an advantage.
• Proficiency in the local language is a plus: Vietnamese for Vietnam / Spanish for Mexico.
