Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and tech-savvy Video Editor with strong AI integration skills to join our creative team. In this role, you will elevate raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content using a mix of traditional editing mastery and cutting-edge generative AI tools. You will streamline editing workflows, enhance visuals and audio, and craft compelling content for short-form, long-form, and promotional video channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit, cut, assemble, and color-correct raw footage into polished long-form and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube, promotional ads).
• AI Tool Integration: Utilize AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney) to generate assets, expand backgrounds, perform smart object removal, create AI avatars, or synthesize high-quality voiceovers.
• Audio & Visual Enhancements: Apply motion graphics, captions, visual effects (VFX), noise reduction, and smart audio cleanup to enhance overall production value.
• Workflow Optimization: Leverage AI-driven automation for transcription, automatic re-framing, scene detection, and multi-platform aspect ratio conversions.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets maintain consistent branding, tone, style, and narrative flow across different platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating short-form and long-form video work.
• Core Software Mastery: Expertise in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro).
• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI image, video, and audio platforms (e.g., Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Descript, Topaz Video AI, or Topaz Gigapixel).
• Creative Vision: Strong sense of pacing, story structure, visual composition, sound design, and color grading.
• Adaptability: Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging AI tools, creative workflows, and platform video trends.

Pay: Php15,175.29 - Php45,725.00 per month
