AI Process Engineer

Ipenet Solutions Sdn Bhd is a leading IT Solutions Provider specializing in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, intelligent surveillance, digital transformation and smart technology solutions. We are expanding our Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and seeking an innovative incumbent to work closely with internal teams and customers to understand existing workflows, identify repetitive or manual processes and develop practical AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, productivity and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business processes suitable for AI and automation aligned with business needs.
• Design and develop AI-powered workflows, applications and AI agents.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, databases and APIs.
• Develop and test automation solutions using Python, APIs, Generative AI and LLMs.
• Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new AI use cases and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and continuously improve deployed AI solutions.
• Work with internal teams and customers to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, process flows and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant hands-on exposure to AI applications, workflow automation, system integration, APIs, data processing and software development with an interest in applying Generative AI and AI agents to solve real-world business problems.
• Knowledge of Python, APIs, SQL/databases, Generative AI/LLMs and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and learning skills.
