AI Product Analyst

About AI Platform

We are developing a shared AI platform for the business units of a multi-industry group in Vietnam. The platform runs on Kubernetes with LangGraph, FastAPI, and AWS Bedrock, using LangFuse for observability, and enables business teams to build and operate their own AI agents: attaching tools, loading internal documents, and orchestrating multiple agents that work together.

About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Product Analyst to support AI Factory through market research, product analysis, marketing, and communications.

You’ll turn research into practical insights for product teams, create materials that explain our work, and support internal and external communications. The role also includes administrative and coordination support for the CTO.

What You’ll Do

• Research markets, AI products, and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and relevant benchmarks.
• Share actionable research findings with product and project teams to support informed decisions.
• Prepare product performance reports, analysis, and presentation materials.
• Support marketing campaigns and develop materials for products and projects.
• Write articles and case studies, prepare award submissions, and support external branding through positioning, brand narratives, and communication assets.
• Create internal announcements and product updates, along with videos, newsletters, logos, and visual materials.
• Support the CTO with calendar management, meeting arrangements, and day-to-day coordination.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in PR, market research, or marketing , ideally with experience supporting senior leadership.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong market and competitor research skills, with the ability to analyze information and communicate clear findings.
• Experience in PR planning, media relations, content creation, and marketing campaign execution.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, including reports and PowerPoint slides.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, Canva/Figma or similar design tools, and basic video editing using CapCut, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with collaboration and task-management tools such as Slack and Jira.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive coordination, sound stakeholder management, and reliable follow-through under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and discretion when handling confidential information.

Nice to have: Experience working with AI or technology products.
