AI Product Builder Intern / Junior Developer — AI Software

Calyco is building an AI-powered platform.

We are looking for a sharp, recently graduated developer or final-year student who wants challenging real-world work and knows how to use AI coding agents to build fast.

This is not a normal internship. You will work directly on building an AI software product using tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub, Python, and AI APIs.

Work Structure

This will be a full-time monthly contract role, but work will be managed through clear assignments and delivery milestones.

Assignments may be 1-week, 2-week, or 3-week sprints depending on the module.

You will have flexibility in how you manage your working hours, but delivery timelines, demos, and output quality will matter.

Selection Process

Before final selection, shortlisted candidates will be given a 48-hour practical assignment.

The assignment will test:

• Ability to use AI coding agents effectively
• Speed of execution
• Frontend/backend basics
• Problem-solving
• Code organization
• Practical product thinking
• Ability to ship a working demo, not just write theory

Who should apply

• A recent graduate or final-year student

• Interested in AI, automation, design tech, and startup-style product building
• Able to work through fast assignment-based sprints

Important

We are not looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience.

We are looking for someone young, hungry, technical, practical, and fast — someone who can use AI tools properly and turn requirements into a working product.

Compensation

₹15,000 per month

3-month contract

Assignment-based monthly full-time role
