AI Product Engineer

We’re looking for a forward-thinking software engineer who believes the future of development is agentic-first.

Working across brands such as Dog Food Advisor, WeCompare, PetGPT and more, this isn't a traditional development role where AI is simply used to autocomplete code. We're looking for someone who has fundamentally embraced AI-native development and knows how to orchestrate multiple AI agents to design, build, test and deploy high-quality software.

You'll be comfortable working with autonomous coding agents, coordinating parallel development workflows and using AI to dramatically accelerate engineering output.

What we're looking for

• Agentic-first mindset:

  You naturally think about how AI agents can execute development tasks before approaching them manually.

• Multi-agent orchestration:

  Experience designing and managing workflows involving multiple specialised AI agents.

• AI-native tooling:

  Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor or equivalent agentic development environments.

• Full-stack development:

  Strong foundations in modern software engineering, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases and infrastructure.

• Autonomous workflows:

  Ability to create reliable AI-driven development pipelines incorporating planning, implementation, testing, review and deployment.

• Engineering judgement:

  Able to critically assess AI-generated code, identify architectural weaknesses and ensure security, maintainability and performance.
