AI Product Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Align with the overseas AI short drama strategy to identify full-chain AI application scenarios; design and launch innovative AI products/tools from 0 to 1; oversee the planning of the AI product matrix to drive business cost reduction and efficiency gains.
2. Implement AIGC tools across production stages such as short drama scriptwriting, multilingual audio/video generation, and smart video editing to boost content yield and localization efficiency while cutting production costs.
3. Build AI-driven, end-to-end copyright lifecycle capabilities: enable smart parsing, archiving, and tag management of copyright assets; deploy an intelligent review system compliant with overseas regulatory requirements; design automation solutions for copyright intake, listing, and settlement to improve turnover efficiency and data accuracy.
4. Drive the iteration of AI capabilities for both internal systems and consumer-facing (C-end) short drama apps; coordinate cross-functional resources; lead end-to-end product implementation and performance retrospectives.
5. Track cutting-edge AI technologies and industry applications to explore innovative scenarios and establish reusable AI product capabilities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 1+ years of experience as an AI Product Manager; background in entertainment/content or global internet industries preferred.
2. Familiar with the functional boundaries and implementation paths of mainstream AI technologies (such as LLMs, multimodal generation, and content recognition); capable of independently defining AI product requirements and designing solution specs.
3. Strong understanding of the business logic behind short drama content production, copyright operations, and overseas distribution; able to translate operational pain points into actionable AI product solutions.
4. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, paired with a strong innovation mindset, self-drive, and data-driven analytical thinking.
