AI Product Manager

What will you be responsible for?

01 | Building AI Agent products from scratch (0 to 1)

Lead the requirements analysis, product design, and implementation of AI Agent and AI application products;

Gain a deep understanding of user business scenarios and translate real-world business needs into AI Agent product solutions;

Design Agent workflows, including task decomposition, knowledge retrieval, tool invocation, human-AI collaboration, etc.;

Explore AI applications in real-world business contexts by leveraging mainstream models such as GPT, Claude, Qwen, and DeepSeek;

Drive the product through the complete lifecycle: requirements → prototyping → development → testing → launch → iteration.

02 | Integrating AI into actual business operations

Our focus is not on whether AI can "chat," but on whether it can genuinely solve problems.

You Will Be Involved In Industrial manufacturing: production scheduling, equipment O&M, production collaboration, etc.;

Retail & E-commerce: order processing, inventory management, intelligent customer service, etc.;

Enterprise management: knowledge bases, data analysis, business process automation, etc.

Decompose complex business processes into tasks that AI can understand, execute, and continuously optimize.

03 | Collaborating with the technical team to build the product

Collaborate with algorithm, front-end/back-end, hardware, and business teams to drive product implementation;

Participate in product design for AI capabilities such as RAG, Function Calling, Workflows, and multi-Agent systems;

Continuously optimize prompts, Agent workflows, and interaction experiences based on actual product performance;

Monitor core metrics such as task success rate, accuracy, response speed, and costs.

04 | Engaging in real client projects and product iteration

Participate in client requirement discussions, scenario analysis, and product solution design;

Rapidly iterate on the product based on real-world usage feedback;

Codify reusable Agent capabilities and industry-specific solutions;

Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields are preferred;

1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager; experience with AI products, AI Agents, or enterprise software is a plus;

Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome, provided they have a portfolio featuring a complete AI Agent project;

Understands the fundamental capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and concepts such as RAG, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and AI Workflows;

Possesses comprehensive product management skills, capable of independently handling requirements analysis, solution design, PRD creation, and project execution;

Has sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with algorithm and R&D teams;

Stays attuned to emerging AI technologies and is willing to learn and validate ideas quickly.

The following experiences would make you an ideal candidate

Developed AI Agent or LLM-based applications from scratch (0 to 1);

Delivered AI Agent projects used by real users (beyond just course demos);

Experience in sectors such as industrial manufacturing, smart manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or supply chain management;

Experience with enterprise software systems like MES, ERP, WMS, or CRM;

Experience in AI product commercialization or client delivery;

Familiarity with MCP, Multi-Agent systems, RAG, AI Workflows, etc.;

Regular use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex;

Ability to rapidly build product demos using AI-powered coding tools.
