AI Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a AI Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead complex, cross-functional programs that support strategic priorities across technology, data, and business teams.

The position is focused on driving disciplined execution, aligning stakeholders, and keeping initiatives on track across scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

You will serve as a central point of coordination for matrixed partners while helping ensure clear governance, timely decisions, and strong delivery outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $197,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution aligned to strategic priorities
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans and schedules
• Manage program scope, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Establish and lead program governance and stakeholder forums
• Serve as the central contact for cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive alignment and decision-making across matrixed teams
• Monitor and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field required
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management in IT, data, or engineering environments
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional SDLC methodologies
• Experience in healthcare or managed care is preferred
