AI Project Intern – Revenue Management & Data Analytics

Description We are seeking a motivated and analytical AI Project Intern to support our Revenue Management team in the car rental industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field to gain hands-on experience applying AI and data-driven solutions to real business challenges.

The intern will work on projects focused on exploring how artificial intelligence, automation, and data analysis can improve revenue management, pricing strategies, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.

This is a flexible, paid internship offering a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of in-office collaboration and work-from-home hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate AI tools, technologies, and applications relevant to revenue management and car rental operations.
• Assist with analyzing rental data, pricing trends, vehicle utilization, demand patterns, and revenue performance.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve reporting, forecasting, and business processes.
• Help develop and test AI-powered tools, dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Use data analysis tools to organize information, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
• Assist with automating repetitive tasks and improving existing workflows.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to define project goals, test solutions, and document results.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Paid internship with a flexible schedule.
• Approximately 5–10 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Hybrid arrangement combining in-office collaboration and remote work.
• Internship duration of approximately 3–6 months.
• Flexible hours coordinated with the Revenue Management team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to real-world business problems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, data visualization, or data analysis tools.
• Exposure to AI tools, machine learning, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage assignments, and communicate findings clearly.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Students with relevant coursework or project experience are encouraged to apply. Advanced AI or programming experience is not required if you have a strong interest in learning and applying these skills.
