AI Project Manager

You will be involving…

• Project Planning: Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and financial budgets.
• Technical Oversight: Monitor data pipeline quality, model training phases, and deployment cycles.
• Risk & Ethics Management: Track data privacy, model bias, accuracy limits, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report progress and explain technical constraints to non-technical executive teams
• Lead rapid discovery with client business users and IT teams;
• Define problem statements, user journeys, data requirements and success measures;
• Support refinement from prototype to controlled launch where appropriate;
• Review lightweight documentation and handover notes suitable for rapid delivery projects.
• Coach end users / citizen developers of different profiles, including Pro, Advanced, Standard and Aspiring users;
• Oversee the provision of hands-on guidance on approved citizen development tools such as Copilot Studio, and low-code tools where applicable by internal and client team members;
• Help users understand when to escalate from client development team formal IT delivery;
• Support governance, security and data handling awareness for citizen-developed AI solutions.

We are looking for…

• Bachelor's or Master's, degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, software delivery, or technical product leadership.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models into production at scale within complex enterprise environments.
• Fundamental grasp of machine learning lifecycles, data science workflows, and AI tools.
• Project management / team leadership experience of Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, low-code tools, cloud-based AI services, Vibe Coding tools.
• Fundamental grasp of machine learning lifecycles, data science workflows, and AI tools.
• Understand software development methodologies such as Waterfall, agile, scrum, hybrid, DevOps;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to balance innovation with regulatory, risk, and cost constraints;
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
