AI Project Manager

Position Summary

A leading bank is seeking a highly motivated and capable Project Manager to join its Hong Kong office. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic AI initiatives , with a particular focus on developing and delivering conversational banking platforms that integrate proprietary investment research and leverage advanced AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including research, technology, and business teams to define project scope and requirements.
• Manage project risks, resources, and communications across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate the integration of internal investment research into AI-driven platforms to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategy and innovation.

Candidate Profile

• Banking experience is a must
• Experience in artificial intelligence is a must
• Proven experience in project management , preferably within financial services, technology, or consulting.
• Strong in artificial intelligence , digital platforms, and data-driven innovation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior exposure to chat platforms , natural language processing , or investment research is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• E2E digital project manager experience is a must.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Not more than 18 years full-time working experience
