AI Prompt Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts for LLM and Generative AI applications.
• Test and improve AI response quality, accuracy, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and quality standards.
• Create documentation, reports, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Support AI solution deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 to 8 years of IT experience with 2+ years in Generative AI / Prompt Engineering
• Hands-on experience in LLMs, Prompt Design, Prompt Optimization, RAG, LangChain, and Python
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama
• Strong knowledge of AI Security, SDLC, Agile, and Enterprise AI Solutions
• Good stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
