AI PROMPT ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced AI Prompt Engineer who can design, test, optimize, and implement AI prompts and workflows for business and content-related applications. The ideal candidate should understand LLM behavior, prompt architecture, AI quality control, automation, and practical business applications of AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize advanced prompts for different business use cases.
• Develop reusable prompt frameworks and AI workflows.
• Test prompts for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Reduce hallucinations and improve AI output quality.
• Work with different LLMs and AI platforms.
• Develop structured AI outputs and repeatable workflows.
• Research new AI models, tools, and capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes.
• Create documentation for AI workflows and prompt systems.
• Evaluate and improve existing AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, operations, and creative teams.
• Maintain quality and consistency across large-scale AI workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional AI/prompt engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI.
• Advanced prompt engineering knowledge.
• Mandatory: advanced prompting with Claude (latest models).
• Mandatory: hands-on experience with Google Flow and Higgsfield (AI video/visual generation).
• Working knowledge of other AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs) is expected.
• Experience with multiple AI platforms/models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of AI limitations and hallucinations.
• Experience building repeatable AI workflows.
• Strong research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to document technical workflows clearly.
• Automation/API experience is a strong advantage.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
