Commerzbank is a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries. We are looking for an intern to join our Flexhub team.

Program overview:

• Duration: 9 months
• Conditions: Paid internship (full-time)

If you are:

• Currently a bachelor’s or master’s student in a technical major;
• Highly motivated to learn new things and shape your future career in IT;
• Familiar with Generative AI and Prompt Engineering ,
• Have knowledge of Python, LangChain, RAG & Vector Databases, Model Fine-Tuning, API Integration and Agentic AI Workflows
• Familiar with Azure OpenAI Service, Knowledge Graphs, Semantic Search, Model Destillation and Multi-modal Models
• High analytical thinking with attention to details and problem-solving attitude.
• Customer orientation and proactive and ownership attitude to deliver results on time and with highest quality.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• High flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
• Good team player with high ability to work in international teams.
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
• German would be considered as an advantage.

You will get the chance to :

• Work with developers to integrate LLM capabilities into wider application architectures.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ground model responses.
• Establish evaluation metrics to measure prompt performance and drift.
• Resolve issues related to hallucinations or latency.
• Create automated test suites for prompt regression testing.
• Contribute to the internal library of prompt patterns and best practices.
• Work in a real agile environment and collaborate with international teams who are friendly, supportive and open to new opinions and ideas;
• Support the teams with various tasks related to the projects;
• Get the opportunity for full-time employment after successfully completing the program;
