Required Technical Skill Set

Python scripting, existing code adaptation, PDF, Excel, Word, email attachment, ZIP file and folder handling, data extraction validation, test and replay execution, documentation, defect tracking, human-in-the-loop validation, repeatable script production, Mandarin proficiency and English proficiency

Desired Experience Range

Basic to intermediate Python scripting experience. Candidates must be able to read and adapt existing code. Experience with reinsurance concepts and treaty workflows is desirable but not mandatory.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Basic to intermediate Python scripting skills.

• Ability to read, understand and adapt existing Python recipe logic.

• Experience working with PDF, Excel, Word, email attachments, ZIP files and folder structures.

• Strong attention to detail when verifying extracted data against source documents.

• Ability to record defects, missing data, source-file issues and logic gaps clearly and consistently.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Willingness to learn reinsurance concepts and treaty workflows.

• Able to support human-in-the-loop validation and repeatable script production.

Good-to-Have

• Direct experience in reinsurance, treaty processing or insurance data workflows.

• Experience creating, testing, replaying and documenting data extraction recipes or scripts.

• Familiarity with structured defect logging, source-file issue tracking and logic-gap analysis.

• Strong documentation discipline and ability to produce clear, repeatable working notes.

• Comfortable working with business reviewers, technical teams and validation stakeholders.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Review submission documents and Cold Agent outputs to understand extraction requirements and identify gaps.
• Adapt existing Python recipe logic to additional treaty cases and source-document variations.
• Create, test, replay and document assigned recipes to support repeatable data extraction.
• Verify extracted data against source documents and flag inconsistencies for review.
• Record defects, missing data, source-file issues and recipe logic gaps in a clear, actionable format.
• Support human-in-the-loop validation and help convert validated logic into repeatable scripts.
