Mandatory Skills

Testing Methodologies, Test Case Execution, Playwright Automation, Claude Code, Defect Management, API Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Data Preparation, Functional Testing.

Role

• AI-assisted scenario gen, assignment setup, document flows, delegated access, HR dashboard
• Smoke / regression / visual suites, fixtures, self-healed script validation, CI/CD
• Leveraging the existing Playwright framework to automate test scripts
• Schema checks, Pact execution, positive / negative / auth payloads, mock data
• Worker profiles, assignments, payroll combos, tenant contexts, performance seed data
• Leverage AI tool to enhance QA productivity
• Responsible for writing test cases and functional testing
• AI log summarization, failure clustering, fix validation, daily/weekly quality reports

QE Strategy & Governance:

• Risk-based test plan, quality gates, coverage matrix, release recommendation
• Framework stabilization, locator strategy, planner / generator / healer workflows
• Tier routing per activity, frontier approval, monthly burn-down reporting
• OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, Pact, schema drift, Cost Projection Shell, Workday, payroll
• Groundedness, citation accuracy, answer/deflection rate, HITL workflo
