AI Quality Specialist

AI quality specialists are required to assess artificial intelligence outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance according to detailed guidelines, providing critical feedback to improve machine learning models for search engines, chatbots, or recommendation systems. Responsibilities include rating Human-AI interaction and ensuring compliance with standards and the assessment of the AI performance. Key skills for this role are attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet productivity goals.

A key requirement for this role is native fluency in one of the target languages and understanding of other geographical variants of that language.

A high level of English is also a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs: Assess Human-AI interaction for accuracy, relevance, and quality of AI performance.

• Internet and research saviness: efficient and systematic gathering of knowledge and fact-checking in a variety of areas, including those not very familiar to you
• Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for accurate and consistent ratings.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate findings and provide clear, written feedback.
• Cultural awareness: Understanding cultural nuances is important for evaluating content for diverse audiences.
• Technical proficiency: computer literacy and comfortable use of a variety of operating systems and IT tools
• AI experience and knowledge: previous engagement in rating/labelling, localization, QA and other AI tasks would be beneficial
