About the Team

Backed by substantial computing resources, our AI team develops advanced machine learning and deep learning methods for quantitative finance. We turn frontier research into accurate, efficient, and robust predictive models.

As an AI Quantitative Researcher, you will explore patterns in financial data, develop new models, and bring research ideas into production.

Your Responsibilities

1. Research advanced machine learning and deep learning methods for quantitative finance;

2. Apply AI to factor research, signal generation, and trading;

3. Train, validate, and improve models for predictive accuracy, efficiency, and robustness;

4. Partner with research and technology teams to bring models into production.

Your Skills & Talents

1. Master's or PhD degree from a top university in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, with a strong academic record;

2. Deep expertise in at least one area of machine learning or deep learning, supported by strong research or practical experience;

3. Experience in at least one of the following: time-series analysis, large language models, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning;

4. Strong research and programming skills, with the ability to drive projects from problem formulation through experimental validation;

5. Intellectual curiosity and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Publications as first author at leading AI conferences or journals, including ICML, ICLR, AAAI, NeurIPS, UAI, KDD, ICCV, or EMNLP;

2. Top awards in mathematics, computer science, artificial intelligence, or related competitions.
