AI Operations Analyst – Simplified Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Operations.
• Familiar with recruitment processes, workflows, and standard procedures.
• Experience handling multiple tasks and making decisions independently.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
