AI Reporting and Analytics

I am working with a leading Financial Services client that is investing heavily in data and AI, with a particular focus on developing new reporting and analytics capabilities. The role is offering a base of circa £80,000 +excellent benefits, and they operate a remote-first model with occasional travel into the office.

The team is developing AI-driven reporting and analytics capabilities using Snowflake, combining data modelling, business intelligence and natural language analytics to make data more accessible across the business.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how the business uses data, working with modern technologies across BI, data engineering and AI.

You will work closely with data engineers, analytical engineers and business stakeholders to build reliable, governed solutions that turn complex data into useful business insight.

Experience and skills:

• Strong experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms
• Strong SQL skills and experience in data modelling and semantic layers
• Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting and visualisation tools
• Experience with dbt or Python for data transformation and development
• Experience with AI-enabled reporting, natural language analytics or GenAI
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, forward-thinking organisations. Financial Services experience would be beneficial.

The following would also be beneficial:

• Experience with Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence or comparable conversational analytics tools
• Experience leading technical delivery, developing teams and establishing technical standards and governance
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving the adoption of new technologies
