AI Research Scientist / Algorithm Expert

Location: Shanghai / Beijing / Xi'an

Haier Global AI Research Institute (HARI) is hiring Researchers and Algorithm Engineers for various AI domains:

• Speech & Audio Intelligence: focus on ASR, speech generation, real-time speech interaction, audio understanding, multimodal speech, and on-device intelligence.

• Audio & Video Processing: focus on algorithm research, engineering optimization, and technology deployment for real-time audio, video, and multimedia systems.

• Multimodal & Spatial Intelligence: focus on frontier technical directions including multimodal foundation models, 3D and spatial intelligence, generative models, world modeling, and model post-training and evaluation.

• Embodied AI: focus on embodied intelligence foundation models, Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models, robotic manipulation & navigation, reinforcement learning & imitation learning, and simulation & data.
