Role Overview

• Evaluate and compare chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, and guideline adherence.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, subtle errors, and quality gaps in AI-generated responses.
• Provide structured feedback, final assessments, and consistent documentation to help improve AI systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, data annotation, content evaluation, testing, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions and evaluation guidelines.
• Comfortable working with AI tools, chatbots, and online platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet productivity targets, and escalate ambiguous cases when needed.
