AI-SDLC Architect

Role Description We are seeking an experienced AI-SDLC Architect to help enterprise engineering teams adopt AI-native software delivery practices. This role combines architecture, engineering, and client engagement responsibilities to design, implement, and scale AI-assisted development workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs and LangGraph OR LangChain OR Crew AI frameworks, along with experience in Python, APIs, and RAG-based solutions to enable enterprise-scale AI-driven software engineering transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing software delivery processes and redesign them using AI-native and agentic development workflows.
• Architect and implement AI-powered development solutions utilizing LangGraph OR LangChain OR Crew AI and LLM technologies.
• Define AI-SDLC reference architectures, blueprints, and implementation approaches aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Design and optimize AI-assisted software delivery workflows integrated with enterprise engineering environments.
• Develop and integrate APIs that enable seamless communication between AI platforms, development tools, and enterprise applications.
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions to enhance contextual intelligence, knowledge retrieval, and developer productivity.
• Build and deploy AI-powered engineering solutions using Python and modern development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with client engineering teams to drive adoption of AI-powered development practices.
• Provide technical leadership on AI-native SDLC transformation, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Support governance, operational scalability, and usage management for AI-assisted engineering platforms.
• Communicate architectural decisions, implementation strategies, trade-offs, and rollout plans to technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders.
