AI Security

Role & responsibilities

Define and drive AI security governance, policies, and regulatory compliance frameworks across the organization
Monitor and mitigate risks related to Shadow AI usage and unauthorized AI adoption
Lead AI model security testing, red teaming, and adversarial attack simulations
Implement AI runtime security controls and guardrails to protect deployed AI systems
Ensure secure design and operation of AI agents and autonomous systems across enterprise environments

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in AI/ML security, LLM risks (prompt injection, data leakage, adversarial attacks), and securing end-to-end AI lifecycle
In-depth knowledge of AI governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks (ISO 42001, GDPR, EU AI Act), Mitre Atlas
Hands-on experience in AI Red Teaming, model security testing, and adversarial attack simulations
Proficiency in AI runtime security, monitoring, and API/agent security controls across cloud environments
Excellent stakeholder management, policy definition, and cross-functional collaboration skills for enterprise AI adoption
