InfiniteMind Tech is a Singapore-based AI video company. We build AI-powered video creation products and make high-impact short-form content for brands and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full short video production cycle: concept, scriptwriting, shot design, AI asset generation, editing, packaging and final delivery. This covers short videos, commercial ads and short dramas.
• Use AI video tools to improve the production workflow, including AI image and video generation, VFX, voiceover, subtitles and visual enhancement. The goal is faster output and better visual quality.
• Match the right tone for ads, narrative short dramas and creative short videos, based on market trends and brand needs. Produce content that is shareable, engaging and commercially effective.
• Track performance data and audience feedback, then refine scripts, visual style and editing pace to improve completion rate, engagement and conversion.
• Support brand campaigns, product promotion and social media content. Join creative brainstorms and pitch distinctive, memorable ideas.
• Keep up with trends in short video, short drama, advertising and AI creative tech. Help build a standard AI video workflow and a shared asset library.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in short video creation. A portfolio of finished work is required, and experience with creative videos, commercial ads or short dramas is preferred.
• Strong AIGC skills: hands-on with the Seedance model series, solid knowledge of mainstream text-to-image and text-to-video models, and fluent with leading AI image and video tools.
• Able to handle the full post-production pipeline on your own: editing, color grading, subtitles, voiceover, effects and packaging.
• Strong creative instincts and a good grasp of camera language. You understand storytelling, pacing and visual style for short videos, ads and short dramas, and know what makes content go viral.
• Commercial mindset: able to create ad content for paid media, traffic acquisition and brand awareness.
• Sharp eye for visual quality, pacing and trends. You bring original ideas, not template content.
• Responsible, fast-moving and able to work under pressure, with good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Viral short videos, popular short dramas or commercial ad work in your portfolio
• Proficiency with leading AI tools and CapCut Pro or similar video and image creation tools
• Strong skills in narrative scriptwriting, character building and short drama pacing
• Experience running social media accounts, managing paid video campaigns, or shooting and editing short dramas
