• We are seeking a creative, imaginative young talent who is passionate about short video production and eager to use our company's AI tools to create compelling promotional and advertising content for our clients.
• If you are fascinated by the question, "what makes viewers stop scrolling to watch a video?", love turning fun ideas into scripts and visuals, and are excited about AI-driven content creation, join our team! Beyond your current portfolio, we highly value your ability to learn and your potential for long-term growth.
• Ideation & s: Develop creative concepts and sketch simple storyboards based on product USPs (unique selling propositions), target audiences, and client advertising requirements. Focus on developing engaging hooks and appropriate product showcases.
• AI Video Production: Utilize company-provided AI tools to generate images, videos, and production assets. Experiment with different prompts and visual styles to continuously improve output quality.
• Short Video Shooting: Participate in shooting products and on-screen talent. Handle basic framing, lighting, and on-set support to gather the necessary footage.
• Editing & Post-production: Seamlessly combine AI-generated assets with real-life footage. Perform video cutting, add subtitles, background music, sound effects, and basic color grading to ensure videos have an engaging pace and convey information clearly.
• Content Research & Optimization: Keep track of short video trends on TikTok and other platforms, and analyze top-performing ads. Adjust concepts and video variations based on team feedback and ad performance metrics.
• Collaboration & Handover: Work closely with the content team, account executives, and the ad team. Meet deadlines and organize scripts, media assets, and project files systematically.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• 3rd or 4th year university student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism,
• Advertising, or related fields
• Solid foundational knowledge of Marketing, especially Social Media Marketing
• Passion for and basic understanding of short video content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Good writing/copywriting skills and creative thinking for scriptwriting
• Basic proficiency in one or more video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Premiere) with a good visual/aesthetic sense
• Sensitivity to trends and social media culture in Vietnam
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of or interest in financial trading/investment is a plus
• Candidates with good Chinese communication skills are preferred
• Bonus points:
  • Possess a portfolio featuring AI-generated images, videos, or creative projects.
  • Prior experience in producing product introduction videos, ads, e-commerce videos, or growing a personal social media channel.
  • Ability to pitch multiple diverse creative directions for a single product.
  • Good communication skills in English or Mandarin Chinese.
• Internship Duration: 6 months.
