About the position 💼

As an AI Software Developer at Hailey HR, you will be a part of our development team that includes frontend & backend developers - working in close collaborations with Quality Assurance Engineers, UX designers and Product owners to ensure continuous and accurate deliveries of high quality.

Haileys platform manages large volumes of structured data and, with a growing customer base, we are in a unique position to create significant value through AI. We see strong opportunities to streamline processes and enable large-scale automation for HR, managers, and employees. As part of this journey, we are looking for analytically strong software developer with hands-on experience working with AI agents to join our AI development team and help us build a range of powerful AI-driven tools for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement AI and LLM features in Hailey
• Ensure we utilize the latest and greatest LLM features, agentic tools etc
• Support our developers in implementing AI features in Hailey
• Develop evaluation tools and benchmarks for AI systems

What are we looking for?

• Experienced in working with python and C#/Java
• A person with strong analytical abilities. Someone curious and eager to learn new technologies and AI models, proactive in taking initiative, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Education: A Master’s degree in Engineering Physics, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: Some hands-on experience working with LLMs.
• Language: Full professional fluency in Swedish and strong English skills, both spoken and written.
