Job Overview

Inoxoft is seeking an AI Software Developer to help design, develop, test, and maintain intelligent software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine software engineering skills with an understanding of AI technologies to build practical applications that improve business processes, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences.

The developer will collaborate with software engineers, data specialists, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable applications while maintaining reliability, security, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications that incorporate AI and machine learning capabilities.
• Build AI-powered features using Python and relevant development frameworks.
• Integrate large language models, AI APIs, and intelligent automation tools into existing applications.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services for AI-enabled products.
• Prepare, process, and validate data used in AI-driven workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and related techniques when appropriate.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and automated testing.
• Apply appropriate data protection, access control, and security practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous product improvement.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and general software development principles.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or generative AI application development.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, databases, and backend services.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Familiarity with Git, testing frameworks, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with large language models, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Experience deploying applications using cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of model evaluation, responsible AI practices, and production monitoring.
• Experience building AI features for customer-facing or enterprise software applications.
