Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and features.
• Build and optimize LLM-based and multi-agent systems.
• Develop scalable and reliable AI solutions for clinical applications.
• Work on AI agent orchestration, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to technical architecture, engineering decisions, and product development.
• Take ownership of features throughout the full development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI software development.
• Professional experience developing Healthcare AI, Clinical AI, or Digital Health solutions - mandatory.
• Strong practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and AI technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and production systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Python and FastAPI.
• React and TypeScript.
• RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• LLM evaluation, testing, and scoring frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with clinical or medical teams.
• Experience working in early-stage startups.
