AI Software Engineer

AI Software Engineer Engineer / London

The next generation of fintech won’t be built by people who wait for a spec.

It’ll be built by engineers who see a problem, challenge how things have always been done, and have the technical ability to build something better.

We’re looking for that kind of engineer.

Join an ambitious, investor-backed fintech founded by experienced entrepreneurs. AI sits at the heart of what the company is building, and engineering is central to its success.

The role

• Build intelligent products using Python, TypeScript, AWS and modern AI tooling.
• Take complex problems from a blank page to production.
• Work across the stack, making decisions on architecture, infrastructure and product.
• Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and turn them into genuinely useful applications.
• Work directly with the founders, with the freedom to shape what gets built.

Who this is for

You’re a strong, independent engineer who learns quickly, thinks critically and enjoys solving problems without obvious answers. You want to work with talented people and build technology that makes a real difference.

Why now?

With strong backing and experienced leadership, the company has the ambition to build something significant. It’s still early enough to shape the technology, influence direction and help define the engineering culture.

No bureaucracy. No maintaining someone else’s decisions. Just hard problems, exceptional people and the chance to change an industry.
