AI Solution Architect – ChatBI & Data Agents

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Title About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead our ChatBI/Data Agent initiatives from design to production. You will define architecture, ensure accuracy and reliability, and deliver scalable AI solutions that transform business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of ChatBI/Data Agent projects: design, development, launch, and continuous improvement. Define enterprise AI architecture for LLM-based, RAG, and agentic workflows. Build semantic layers (metrics, dimensions, business terms) and ensure answer correctness via validation and regression. Implement evaluation and observability frameworks for accuracy, latency, and cost control. Ensure production readiness: security, auditability, stability, and performance optimization. Mentor team and establish reusable standards for faster delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in AI/ML, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years in AI/ML, data engineering, or digital transformation. Proven experience leading ChatBI/Data Agent projects to production. Strong Python skills; Java is a plus. Hands-on with Agent/RAG frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain) and vector databases (Milvus, pgvector, Elasticsearch). Experience with Text-to-SQL/NL2SQL, SQL optimization, and data warehouse design. Familiarity with MLOps, observability tools (LangSmith, Prometheus), and responsible AI practices. Excellent communication; English required, Cantonese a plus. Preferred Azure ecosystem (AKS, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search). Experience in enterprise data architecture and security compliance.
