AI Solution Architect

Role: AI Solutions Manager

Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:

1. Business-Technology Alignment

• Engage with Product teams to understand product requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Translate business needs into solution designs that fit within enterprise architecture framework (Architecture Documents, HLDs & LLDs).
• Act as a consultant to guide business transformation initiatives and ensure architecture decisions enable business agility and innovation.

2. Solution Architecture Design and Delivery

• Define and oversee AI-driven solution architectures across multiple business domains.
• Develop and maintain the current and future state architecture of assigned products.
• Provide solution blueprints and technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards (e.g., TOGAF).
• Ensure data continuity between products in scope and other integrated solutions.
• Prepare environments and development cycles for solution delivery.
• Produce architecture deliverables to validate technical gates.
• Define and control execution of solutions technical KPIs.
• Support agile delivery by guiding development teams in implementing scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

3. Governance and Standards Management

• Collaborate with Digiteam Design Authority & Enterprise Architecture team to ensure product compliance with architectural principles.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture governance, cybersecurity standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify technical debt within products and propose strategies for resolution.
• Contribute to the creation and promotion of reference architectures and solution patterns.
• Establish best practices for secure and scalable AI adoption.

4. Collaboration and Enablement

• Act as a liaison between product teams, enterprise architects, cyber experts, and cloud specialists.
• Facilitate collaboration between platform architects, cybersecurity teams, and data governance leads to ensure end-to-end solution integration.
• Participate in estimating product budgets.
• Mentor and coach other architects within the business domain or product on best practices for solution architecture.
• Foster alignment between product and platform roadmaps to maximize cross-functional synergies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language.

5. Emerging Technologies and Innovation

• Drive adoption of AI technologies within products and platforms.
• Conduct technology assessments and provide recommendations for emerging solutions that support product evolution.
• Monitor industry trends and leverage innovative technologies to address product challenges such as scalability, sustainability, and user experience.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency through AI-enabled solutions.

5. Operational Excellence

• Drive efficiency and coherence across product lifecycles.
• Implement frameworks for continuous improvement in AI-enabled solutions.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure success of digital initiatives.

Must have:

• English: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum of 7-10 years in solution architecture roles, including experience in product/platform operating models.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations, balance priorities, and deliver within tight timelines.
• Knowledge about AI Agents , LLMs , MCPs , MLOPs
• Proficiency in modern integration approaches (e.g., APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies).
