AI Solution Consultant

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI company helping large organisations rethink and automate complex business processes using agentic AI and workflow orchestration.

They’re looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to join their US post-sales team and work directly with enterprise customers across functions including Operations, Finance, HR and Technology.

This isn't a traditional implementation or sales role. You’ll lead discovery, understand how a business operates today, challenge existing processes and design a better way of working using AI and automation. You’ll then turn that into a clear, build-ready blueprint for the technical team to execute.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand their processes, systems, pain points and objectives.
• Break down complex workflows, identifying decision points, exceptions, dependencies, data flows and opportunities for automation.
• Challenge existing processes rather than simply recreating them, identifying where steps can be removed, redesigned or automated.
• Translate business problems into clear workflow and automation designs for engineering teams.
• Create solution blueprints, process documentation, data flows and technical requirements.
• Understand how different enterprise systems interact through APIs, integrations, data sources and workflows.
• Define success metrics and demonstrate the potential business value of proposed solutions.
• Work closely with AI Workflow Engineers and Architects to ensure what gets built reflects the original business need.
• Lead UAT planning, acceptance criteria and validation of delivered workflows.
• Present solutions, progress and business outcomes to stakeholders ranging from operational teams and Senior Managers through to VP and C-level leadership.
• Build strong client relationships and identify additional opportunities that can be fed back to Account Management teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or technical business analysis roles
• Strong experience leading discovery and extracting the information needed to understand complex business processes.
• Ability to take an existing process, challenge assumptions and redesign it around better business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and how enterprise systems communicate.
• Comfortable discussing AI and automation concepts without needing to be a software engineer.
• Strong process-mapping and requirements-engineering skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguous information into structured, build-ready solutions.
• Strong commercial and business-value thinking - able to connect technology decisions to measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable leading a room, challenging customers and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Highly autonomous, curious and comfortable working across different industries and technology environments.
