Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior/Lead AI Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI, RAG and enterprise AI platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing and deploying production-grade AI/GenAI solutions and should be comfortable working across AI, cloud, backend and deployment environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy LLM, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design and architect scalable RAG solutions.
• Develop and optimize AI/GenAI/Agentic AI models and applications.
• Design and lead multi-agent systems for Lead-level positions.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms, APIs and backend systems.
• Implement AI solutions using enterprise AI frameworks and platforms.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines for AI application deployment.
• Follow best practices around AI governance, AgentOps and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Use modern AI SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex and similar tools.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

• Strong experience in LLM, GenAI, Agentic AI and RAG.

• Microsoft AI Foundry experience is mandatory.

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as:

• AWS Bedrock

• Databricks Mosaic AI

• Microsoft AI Foundry

• Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform

• Snowflake Cortex

• Experience with enterprise agent frameworks such as AgentBricks, AWS AgentCore, Agent Studio or Snowflake Cortex Agents.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.

• Strong understanding of AI application architecture and deployment.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/GenAI.
• Overall experience of 6–12 years preferred.
• Candidates with a background in Data Engineering, Data Science or Data-related projects are preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.

Lead-Level Requirement

For Lead positions, candidates should have experience in:

• Multi-agent system architecture.
• Leading AI engineering teams/projects.
• Designing scalable enterprise AI solutions.
• Driving technical decisions and delivery.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
