AI Solution Officer \ AI Solution Associate \ AI Implementation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Understand existing workflows and identify improvement opportunities

• Explore AI, automation and new software that could improve productivity; assess functionality, performance, cost, and suitability

• Identify AI use cases and design practical solutions (e.g., email sorting, document proofreading, test report compilation, and meeting minutes)

• Provide AI workshops, training videos, user guides, and best practice materials

• Provide on-site AI support

• Assist in building department-specific AI knowledge bases

• Assist colleagues use AI and technology more efficiently in daily work

• Collaborate with internal IT colleagues or external experts when deeper technical expertise is needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, System Engineering or a related discipline

• Experience in system analysis, AI technologies, digital transformation, or a related field

• Strong interest in AI technologies and their business applications, including automation, AI-assisted workflows, and digital transformation initiatives

• Ability to use AI productivity tools to support research, documentation, analysis, and project delivery activities

• Ability to work closely with non-technical users and deliver practical solutions

• Good in written and spoken Cantonese and English; Putonghua is an advantage

• Travel to mainland China required
