AI Solution Specialist- Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are hiring a Manager for the Ecosystem motion to manage Anthropic. This marketing specialist will own both internal and external channels, as well as amplification and adoption for the Anthropic ecosystem. It will report to the Cluster Head of Ecosystem Marketing and work closely with the Anthropic BU's India team on a dotted-line basis. MBA preferred with 12+ years of experience.

What You'll Do

• Leadership & Direction: work with a team of marketers in India and the US; be the bridge between AI Ecosystem marketing and other corporate marketing functions (brand, digital, web, external/internal communications); liaise with external agencies and partners
• Strategy & Research: develop marketing strategy through research and build hypotheses for marketing-driven value creation for the Anthropic Ecosystem
• Marketing Plan Ownership: create, manage, and execute the marketing plan end-to-end
• Strategic Programs: develop and execute one-of-a-kind marketing programs across business units to scale brand awareness and salience globally
• Digital Marketing: use brand and tech levers to create buzz across digital channels; build and execute a social media strategy that delivers business results
• Content Marketing: deliver a world-class editorial calendar aligned with each brand's top strategic messages using innovative content formats
• Be the full-funnel owner of AI Ecosystem marketing: digital, BTL, direct, strategy, planning, ROI-driven marketing, PR, AR, comms, thought leadership, content, creative, analytics and reporting
• Internal + external amplification and adoption across HCLTech and HCLSoftware

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational level: MBA
• Minimum 12+ years of experience

Skills Required

• Understand the importance and the nuances of the AI business landscape and the technologies that are in play and upcoming
• Knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, models, Claude Code, Codex, and the market is a strategic advantage
• Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to tailor content to different audiences and media outlets, and edit content written by others for message and clarity
• An 'A-level' performer with the drive to innovate and break norms, with a solid thought process and obsession for results/business value
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong sense of structure and logic
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and how content drives business goals
• Demonstrated experience creating content that effectively integrates copy with visual elements
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan content initiatives and campaigns
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
