AI Solutions Analyst / Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The AI Solutions Analyst / Forward Deployed Engineer will join the Transformation Office to streamline manual, recurring workloads across IT strategy, budgeting, and portfolio tracking. In this highly hands-on role, you will partner directly with teams to turn messy spreadsheets, manual reports, and everyday bottlenecks into practical AI solutions, automations, and rapid prototypes that make our operations simpler, faster, and better.

+ There’re 2 roles.  One is in Transformation Office and the other is in eCommerce team.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with team members to find slow, manual, or complex business processes.
• Create simple AI assistants, workflows, and low-code applications quickly.
• Streamline repetitive tasks like budget reviews, project update consolidation, and leadership reports.
• Gather user feedback to upgrade tools and scale successful prototypes.
• Write clear guides for solutions and collaborate with IT, Data, and Security teams.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a PMO, transformation, strategy, finance, business analysis, or technology environment.
• Hands-on usage of generative AI and low-code/no-code platforms or similar technologies
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI or AI-assisted development tools would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities, data handling in Excel, and clear communication.
• Curious, practical, and eager to experiment with new AI tools.
• Demonstrated experience deploying solutions directly into team environments, managing complex system integrations, or utilizing advanced coding/scripting for AI deployment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the professional capability to present technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.
