Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Job Description:

• Develop and execute the organization's AI, Data Analytics, and Automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise-wide AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, analytics platforms, dashboards, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Manage end-to-end data projects, including data pipelines, API integrations, governance, quality control, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and standards for AI, analytics, data management, and automation development.
• Drive AI adoption across business functions and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and platforms to continuously enhance organizational capabilities.
• Mentor and develop analytics, automation, and AI professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and implementation timelines.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, AI Solutions, or Intelligent Automation.
• At least 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL, API Integration, Data Architecture, and Cloud-based Analytics Platforms.
• Proven experience leading large-scale AI, Automation, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience in the Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries will be an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
