Role Overview:

We are seeking a Hands-on AI Solutions Architect with strong experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and enterprise-scale AI deployments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, drive solution architecture, and lead the implementation of production-ready AI solutions.

The candidate should have practical experience designing, building, and deploying AI applications, along with a strong understanding of data engineering, cloud platforms, and modern AI frameworks. Experience addressing real-world production challenges such as scalability, evaluation, monitoring, and hallucination mitigation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Architect and optimize RAG, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead the deployment of AI solutions into production environments and address operational challenges.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance across AI initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of Graph RAG, Neo4j, vector search, and hybrid retrieval approaches.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Strong background in data engineering and analytics platforms.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
• Exposure to CI/CD, production deployments, monitoring, and AI evaluation frameworks.

Pay: $110.58-$150.92 per hour
