Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and deliver end-to-end AI and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Generative AI engineering, multi-cloud architecture, automation, and client-facing consulting to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions from design to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end cloud and AI solutions, including production-ready RAG and AI agent systems using embeddings, vector/hybrid search, retrieval tuning, and frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Azure AI Agent Service.
• Implement LLM evaluation, monitoring, and governance, covering test sets, quality and safety metrics, guardrails, cost and latency tracking, Responsible AI, data protection, and decisions on when custom models are justified.
• Provision, configure, and govern cloud environments across Azure and Alibaba Cloud, applying expertise in compute, networking, identity, data, AI services, Microsoft 365 administration, and cost controls.
• Assess AWS and GCP services, pricing, and existing cloud estates to recommend suitable architectures, optimize costs, and prepare competitive quotations.
• Automate development, deployment, and operational workflows using Python, Playwright, Node.js, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps), Docker, VMs, Linux, and Git.
• Lead client workshops and technical discussions, translate requirements into solution designs and estimates, and present and defend recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Document architectures and implementation decisions, conduct design reviews, and share knowledge to help clients and teams operate and maintain solutions independently.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in Cloud Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Solutions Consulting, including at least 2 years designing end-to-end solutions.
• At least 2 years delivering AI/LLM solutions to production, with hands-on RAG and AI agent experience.
• Deep hands-on Azure expertise across compute, networking, Microsoft Entra ID, data, AI services, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience provisioning and governing Alibaba Cloud services, including RAM, ECS, ApsaraDB, serverless computing, ALB, OSS, and cost controls.
• Working knowledge of AWS and GCP services and pricing.
• Proficiency in Python, Playwright, Node.js, CI/CD, Docker, VMs, Linux, and Git.
• Strong client-facing communication, solution design, estimation, and stakeholder management skills, with a builder-teacher mindset and commitment to documentation and knowledge sharing.
