Cynergists is building an AI-powered workforce designed to help businesses automate workflows, increase productivity, improve sales, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Our platform combines an agentic CRM with specialized AI Agents that help businesses execute work across sales, recruiting, marketing, communications, websites, customer engagement, and other critical business functions.

We don't just sell software. We work with business owners to identify where they are losing time, money, and opportunities, then deploy AI solutions designed to solve those problems.

The Opportunity

We are looking for competitive, coachable, tech-curious professionals who want to build a career selling Artificial Intelligence solutions to businesses.

You do not need years of technology sales experience.

You do not need to be an AI engineer or developer.

You do need to be comfortable talking with business owners, asking intelligent questions, learning quickly, following up consistently, and asking for the sale.

We'll teach you our platform, our AI Agents, business-process automation, consultative selling, demonstrations, objection handling, and how to identify opportunities for AI inside a business.

Your job is simple:

Identify the problem. Understand its impact. Recommend the solution. Demonstrate the value. Close the business.

Compensation: Build Monthly Recurring Income

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

AI Solutions Consultants earn:

• 25% of monthly base subscription revenue

• 25% of monthly customer usage revenue

• 25% of custom AI build revenue

Base subscription and usage commissions are monthly recurring commissions. As customers you acquire remain active and generate qualifying revenue, those accounts can continue contributing to your monthly commissions, subject to the Cynergists commission agreement.

There is no commission cap.

Build a Book of Business

This isn't traditional sales where you close a deal, collect one commission, and start from zero again next month. Your goal is to build a growing portfolio of Cynergists customers. As you acquire more customers and those businesses expand their use of the Cynergists platform, your recurring commission base has the opportunity to grow. For example, a portfolio producing $20,000 per month in qualifying recurring revenue would generate $5,000 per month at a 25% commission rate, before additional commissions from custom AI builds. The larger and more successful your customer portfolio becomes, the larger your recurring income opportunity becomes.

What You'll Do

As an AI Solutions Consultant, you'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities

• Conduct discovery conversations with business owners

• Identify inefficient workflows, operational bottlenecks, missed revenue opportunities, and repetitive work

• Determine the financial and operational impact of those problems

• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve the business

• Recommend the appropriate Cynergists AI Agents and platform capabilities

• Conduct demonstrations of the Cynergists platform

• Explain complex AI capabilities in clear business terms

• Develop solutions and proposals based on client needs

• Identify opportunities requiring Custom AI Builds

• Follow up consistently with prospects

• Handle objections and negotiate opportunities

• Close new customers

• Manage your entire pipeline inside the Cynergists CRM

• Maintain accurate notes, activities, follow-ups, and opportunity stages

• Build relationships with existing customers to encourage retention and expanded platform usage

• Provide feedback about what businesses are requesting so our development team can continue expanding the Cynergists AI Workforce

Technology comes second.

A great Cynergists Solutions Consultant should be able to listen to a business owner describe a frustrating, expensive, or repetitive process and immediately begin thinking:

"How can we automate this?"

Training & AI Support

You won't be expected to figure this out on your own.

Cynergists provides training in:

• Artificial Intelligence and AI Agents

• The Cynergists AI Workforce

• The Cynergists CRM

• Consultative selling

• Platform demonstrations

• Follow-up strategy

You'll also have access to Cynergists' AI-powered sales training capabilities to help you practice conversations, improve your pitch, handle objections, and continuously develop your skills.

What We're Looking ForCoachability

We value someone's ability to learn, execute, accept feedback, and improve more than a long résumé.

Sales or technology experience is helpful, but it is not required for the right person.

Communication

You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with business owners and decision-makers through phone, video, email, text, and other communication channels.

Business Curiosity

We want people who genuinely want to understand how businesses operate.

When a business owner says, "My team spends 30 hours every week doing this manually," you should immediately want to understand why and determine whether AI can solve it.

Technology Mindset

You don't need to write code.

You do need to be excited about AI, comfortable learning new technology, and capable of translating technical capabilities into understandable business outcomes.

Sales Discipline

This is a revenue-producing role.

You must be willing to prospect, initiate conversations, follow up, manage your pipeline, handle objections, conduct demonstrations, and ask for the business.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required for fast learners.

How Success Is Measured

This is a performance-driven sales organization.

We measure results, not activity for activity's sake.

Key performance indicators include:

• Qualified business conversations

• Sales demonstrations scheduled

• Sales demonstrations completed

• Follow-up activity

• Opportunities created

• Proposals generated

• Closing percentage

• New customers acquired

• Monthly recurring revenue generated

• Customer retention

• Customer usage and account expansion

We provide the platform, training, technology, systems, and support.

You are responsible for execution.
