AI Solutions Developer

Job Purpose

As an AI Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for establishing the company’s AI Capability and agent ecosystem. This role includes designing AI workflows, building and designing AI workflows and agents, and integrating them with existing systems to support key areas of the business.

Major Responsibilities

• · Design and implement AI-powered workflows across business services.
• · Build agents using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services.
• · Design orchestration, calling, context management, and workflows.
• · Determining RAG solutions and best practices for agent architecture.
• · Develop agent components and patterns that are scalable, secure, and compliant.
• · Work with business teams to identify processes suitable for AI automation and translating workflows to agent capabilities.
• · Integrate agents with existing services and applications.
• · Ensure agents operates within existing rules and permissions.
• · Establish human-in-the-loop within agent workflows.

Required:

• · Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and related
• · 5+ years’ experience in software engineering.
• · Strong problem-solving skills.
• · Ability to work collaboratively in a team-setting.
• · Agile experience is a plus.
• · Excellent communication skills (English)
• · Willing to work in Ortigas, Full Onsite and Early Morning Shift (6AM to 3PM)

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• · Experienced in developing agents using Azure AI Foundry for generative AI, agents, and LLM application development
• · Experienced in setting up AI security, guardrails, and prompt-injection mitigation.
• · Experienced working with AI development frameworks, AI evaluation and benchmarking, and orchestration and tool calling.
• · Experienced in AI application monitoring and observability.
• · Strong knowledge in AI governance, data privacy, and data security.
• · Strong knowledge in LLMs, model selection and performance, and cost optimisation.
• · Knowledgeable in prompt engineering.
• · Knowledgeable in RAG and MCP.
• Knowledgeable in Azure AI Search. Knowledgeable in the Azure cloud architecture and services.
• · Knowledgeable with Python or .Net development.
• · Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. DevOps practice is a plus.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
