AI Solutions Engineer

Experience required : 8+ years

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Python & SQL: Strong Python programming, advanced SQL, and experience with large datasets using Spark or Snowflake.
• Snowflake & Data Engineering: Snowflake architecture, advanced queries, dbt, data pipelines, data modelling, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
• Machine Learning: Experience with regression, classification, time-series forecasting, feature engineering, and optimization models.
• GenAI & AI Agents: Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, LangChain/LlamaIndex, RAG, vector search, and AI agent development.
• Document AI & NLP: Experience with OCR, document extraction, NLP, and processing structured/unstructured data.
• Azure & Cloud: Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized AI application deployment.
• MLOps & CI/CD: MLflow, Git, automated pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Monitoring: Experience with application monitoring, model performance, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Senior-Level Skills: Solution architecture, technical decision-making, code reviews, mentoring, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Supply chain experience in demand forecasting, inventory, logistics, or procurement.
• ERP integration experience with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Azure infrastructure, API management, and AI model performance/cost optimization.
