AI Solutions Engineer | Investment Management

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to enhance investment research, portfolio management, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain Generative AI applications, including LLM-powered tools, AI agents, and RAG solutions.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure to support AI initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with investment teams, business users, and technology stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Integrate AI models and applications with enterprise platforms and databases.
• Monitor, optimise, and improve model performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Experience building and deploying Generative AI, LLM, NLP, or machine learning applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, and MLOps practices.
• Strong software engineering skills, including API development, system integration, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
