AI Solutions Engineer - Quality & Digitalization

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for AT QT as part of digital quality initiatives
• Collaborate with Process Experts to identify AI integration opportunities
• Translate business and quality requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Implement AI solutions for predictive quality, anomaly detection, and process automation
• Ensure AI models comply with regulatory, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions in production environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for AI models, data flows, and implementation architecture
• Support cross-functional teams in AI adoption, including training and knowledge sharing
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose innovations for AT Digitalization initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders across BLs for AI-driven transformation projects

Preferred Requirement

• The candidate must possess knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience in implementing AI solutions in real-world products or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and lifecycle management is required.
• Familiarity with regulatory and responsible AI principles (e.g., transparency, explainability, bias mitigation) is expected.
• Experience with healthcare, industrial, or regulated domains is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks is preferred.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and AI services is beneficial.
