Three days a week in the London office

You’ll sit with the teams doing the work, find where their day gets stuck and decide whether the fix is an AI workflow or something simpler, like a Power Automate flow. A separate development team builds what you design.

About the company

A partner-led international firm with a large business services operation running alongside its legal practice, with offices across Europe and Asia. The firm already has a funded AI programme: Microsoft Copilot is the main investment, there’s a dedicated AI tool for the lawyers, an AI governance and risk workstream is in place, and a separate team runs firm-wide adoption and training. It’s hiring two AI Solutions Managers into its innovation team.

The role

You’ll drop into service lines across business services and the corporate and fiduciary side, diagnose the friction in day-to-day processes, and work out how repeatable each one is, where the knowledge sits and what outcome the team needs. From there you’ll design improvements that can scale through AI and agentic workflows. Part of the job is asking whether a process should look completely different before anyone automates it, and some of what you find won’t need AI at all.

You’ll work with business users and citizen-developer champions to describe and draft solutions, then hand them to the development team for the build. Everything runs inside the firm’s AI governance programme.

What we’re looking for

• Enterprise business analysis experience, with strong people and communication skills.
• Business-facing delivery you can talk through from spotting the problem to delivering the project, in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• A working understanding of how M365 fits together in a large organisation.
• Practical experience of AI in an enterprise setting (personal use of ChatGPT or Claude on its own won’t be enough) and a real habit of keeping up with where AI is going.
• A preference for working out the right answer with the business over building it yourself.

Copilot Studio and time in a large financial institution or law firm would both help, especially a partner-led one. A legal background isn’t needed. Both roles are pitched at manager level, though there’s room to come in below that if you have strong potential.
