AI Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist to lead and manage the company's artificial intelligence initiatives. This position will oversee ongoing AI projects with external vendors, collaborate with the Product Design team to integrate AI into product development, and define the company's long-term AI strategy. The successful candidate will ensure that AI solutions are aligned with business objectives, ethical standards, and innovation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Vendor management: Oversee and coordinate AI projects with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational requirements.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement the company’s AI roadmap, identifying opportunities for adoption and innovation.
• Product design collaboration: Partner with the Product Design team to embed AI technologies into product development, enhancing user experience and functionality.
• Technology assessment: Evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and frameworks for potential integration into company operations.
• Cross-functional engagement: Collaborate with business units to identify AI-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and growth.
• Governance and compliance: Ensure AI initiatives adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy policies.
• Knowledge development: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on AI concepts, applications, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science, with proven track record in project management and vendor coordination.
• Strong technical knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI).
• Proven ability to collaborate with product design teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel frequently to other company offices.
