AI Specialist

We’re looking for an AI Specialist to join our growing technology team and help us identify, develop, and implement practical AI solutions that improve products, processes, and business operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is excited about Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), automation, and emerging AI technologies, and can turn new ideas into reliable, real-world solutions.

What You'll Do

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI technologies and tools to solve business problems.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
• Work with AI APIs such as OpenAI and other leading AI platforms.
• Design and optimise prompts, workflows, and AI agents for specific use cases.
• Build AI-powered automation to improve internal processes and customer experiences.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing web applications, systems, and APIs.
• Develop solutions for text generation, classification, summarisation, data extraction, and other AI use cases.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, consistency, and relevance.
• Experiment with different models, tools, and approaches to identify the most effective solutions.
• Work with developers and other stakeholders to move AI concepts from prototype to production.
• Monitor and improve AI application performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure AI solutions follow appropriate security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, LLMs, AI agents, and automation.
• Document AI solutions, workflows, and implementation processes.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, software development, automation, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience working with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Experience integrating AI APIs into applications or business workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Python or another programming language.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web application architecture.
• Experience with prompt engineering and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and learning independently.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Serm-mit Building (Near MRT Sukhumvit/BTS Asok)
